What were the designers of the Florida license plate thinking?

Who says baseball is boring?

While I would rather have not spent 4 1/2 hours at Fenway Park, last night's contest against the Texas Rangers was quite the exciting affair, if I do say so myself.

And I have to thank my friend Cathy for dumping her boyfriend, an action that led her to inviting me to the game, instead.

Take me out to the ballgame

One of my friends is doing just that tonight--she's taking me to the Red Sox game at Fenway Park. It'll be my first Sox game since April. I would have loved to have gone to more games this season, but so many pseudo-fans have jumped on the bandwagon that it's nearly impossible to get tickets. This is why I believe every potential ticket buyer must answer the following three questions about the Red Sox in order to qualify for a ticket.

1. Before their appearance in last year's World Series, in which previous two World Series did the Red Sox play?

2. Which Red Sox legend was the last Major League Baseball player to bat over .400?

3. Who was the dipshit of a manager who left Pedro Martinez in the game too long against the Yankees in the seventh game of the 2003 ALCS?
